TFCU provides a secure method of exchanging sensitive information through email via the Cisco Registered Envelope Service (CRES). Prior to viewing or sending a secure message, you will be required to create a Password associated with your email account. Please see below for full details.

I don’t have an account with CRES. How do I sign up?

If you receive a password-protected Registered Envelope and you have not registered with the service, click the Register button. If the Register button is not displayed, leave the password field empty, and click the Open button to begin the registration process. For more information about opening a Registered Envelope for the first time, see the Help Guide.

Can I send attachments using CRES?

Attachments can be sent by either replying to a received secure message (from within the CRES envelope) or by initiating a secure message.

How do I initiate a secure message to TFCU?

Registered users can go to http://res.cisco.com and sign in with their email address and CRES password.
